Develop countries keep adapting to changes, modernization, growth in scientific innovations, restructures, reforms that improve their relationship, collective existence, nations, communities, countries as humans and civilizations evolves. Many Europe countries are structure into ethnic authonomic regions for better relations among their people. Bridging communication, understanding, reforming and restructuring for self actualization among diverse cultures, language and nations within their boundries or territories.

Spain for example, in 2004 under the presidency of Rodriguez Zapatero (Socialist Party) the Christian Religion was remove from Spanish school curriculum. Catalunya launched regional police called mosos de esquadra. ( Catalunya is an authonomic region in north east of Spain boarded by france with their own language and identity).

On November 13, 2020, under presidency of Pedro Sanchez (Socialist Party), Castellano (Spanish language origin from madrid) was voted to be remove from school curriculum to allow authonomic language development and application. Private schools were merge to be government control institutions.i.e there will not be variation of private sector on basic Education through out the country but all Government schools for better quality of basic education for all not for selective priviledge few. Spain operates parliamentary monarchy system of goverment. They have 17 authonomic regions with regional parliaments and presidents within the country, a similar example of four regional structure (North, West, Midwest, and Eastern region) adopted in Nigeria 1963 to 1966.

Best time Nigeria ever saw the country move in harmony with all people part and pacel of the nation arrangement was during the four regional structure of Nigeria before the Civil war. This structural composition gave room for the only legally and constitutionally created region of Nigeria, the midwestern region / state of Nigeria empowered by the great Oba Akenzua Niso norho II. Midwest region was the only authonomic region voted in a plebiscite (referendum) with capital city, Benin City. During the four regional structure of NIgeria, There were huge capital and economic develoment through out all regions. Standard of living was high. Many federal universities were built, international airports, federal roads, parastators, institutions, national museums and stadiums, etc through out the country.

This rosy time in Nigeria history was however truncated by military dictators who have over the years broken NIgeria into parts and pieces. Same military personels rules Nigeria today without regards on the people's rights of participation and decision making in what ought to be all Nigerians country. Segregation, marginalization, ethnocentrism, nepotism, huge conspiracion of religious, political domination and colonization of many parts of the country. The standarded of living have not only gone worst but life expectancy age have drop to 45years.

To revert the country allow solution and progress, there is need for a total reform and restructure of the Nigeria country. The operating unitary system in disguise of federalism must be totally overhaul. A regional restructure of Nigeria is highly needed to make the people breath again, dream, explore and aspire to join other develop nations of the world in shortest future.
